Do you want to return items purchased online?

You can return a single item, multiple items, or your entire order. You have the option to return products purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date shown on the order tracking.

Items must be returned — properly packaged — with tags attached, NOT worn, not washed, not damaged or dirty, and must include all accessories, user instructions, the receipt, and the order summary.

Without these documents, it will be impossible to issue any refund.

Please return the package carefully packaged, well sealed, and closed, with the shipping document placed in a transparent waterproof pouch, as items could be damaged due to poor packaging or lost if addresses are not protected from rain and handling.

If items are damaged during transport due to careless returns, Bortolan Abbigliamento reserves the right to refuse any refund or voucher.

It is understood that, in the event of incorrect personal, address, or contact information provided by the customer, the customer shall assume full responsibility if the delivery is unsuccessful and shall release Bortolan Abbigliamento from any liability in this regard.

How to start a return request

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who must independently arrange a courier of their choice.

Inside the package, the customer must include the receipt and order summary, specify the items to be returned, and add a phone contact (preferably WhatsApp) for follow-up.

Damages and issues
Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
Once the return is received at our warehouse, Bortolan Abbigliamento reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned products. You will be contacted within 5 business days and provided with a personalized purchase code to use for another order on www.bortolanabbigliamento.it.

The code has no expiration date and will be issued for an amount equal to the sum of the returned items (excluding shipping costs).

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
If goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and be in the original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
